Dr. John D. Pasquale holds the Donald R. Shepherd Chair in Conducting at the University of Michigan, serving as associate professor of conducting, associate director of bands, and director of the Michigan Marching and Athletic Bands. In this position, he directs and oversees the athletic band program, is the conductor of the University Band, guest conductor with the Symphony Band, Symphony Band Chamber Winds, and Concert Band, and teaches classes in rehearsal pedagogy and aural analysis of ensemble sound.
